So, I leave for India on Saturday the 5th, the beginning of a 5+ month journey through Asia, and this is my first blog, mostly just to get a feel for the format and posting style.
So far, the plan is as follows:
Goa, India -- most of January
Chennai, India -- February
Shanghai, China -- 3/5/08 through 3/22/08
Thailand/ Cambodia -- 3/22 through 4/14
Vietnam -- 4/14 through 5/5
Indonesia-- May through June
The dates for Southeast Asia are changeable and I may revise travel plans as I go along. I will also probably be flying to Sydney, Australia at some point in May, details forthcoming.
